Is the Pharmacist-led Walk-in Clinic open at regular pharmacy hours?Yes, Pharmacist-Led Walk-in Clinic is open Monday to Saturday as time as the pharmacy opening hours

Do I need an appointment to speak to a pharmacist?You are welcome to come to our pharmacy at any time with questions or concerns. If your question is private or requires a longer conversation, we would ask that you make an appointment by calling us or filling out a consultation request form.

Do you bill insurance providers directly?We bill directly to insurance providers for medications with specific Drug Identification Number (DIN) numbers. We also direct bill, for compounded medications, or any medications we custom made in our pharmacy.

What immunization do you offer?We offer a variety of immunizations, including flu shots, pneumonia vaccines, shingles vaccines, yellow fever vaccine, various vaccines as part of Travel Health needs such as Hepatitis A&B, Typhoid and more. Contact us for more information on our available vaccines.

How long is the waiting time to fill a prescription?The usual waiting time in our pharmacy for each prescription is less than 10 minutes. However, based on the prescription and third-party insurance, if there is any discrepancy in the prescription, it may take a long time to verify the prescription with the physician.

Can my prescription be delivered?Yes. We offer free delivery of prescription medications for orders within Blackfalds’s town limits.

I always fill medications from different pharmacy, can I transfer medication to this pharmacy?Yes. We can transfer your prescriptions and entire file to our pharmacy. The transfer process takes around 5 minutes. Please contact our pharmacy staff to transfer your prescriptions.

Are they any price differences in prescription medications compared to other pharmacies?No. Prescription medication prices, markups, and dispensing fees* are regulated and will be the same all over the province of Alberta. *The dispensing fee is standard at $12.15 and will be the same in most pharmacies.

How do I submit my compound prescriptionYou can either drop it off or ask your doctor to fax it to us. If you have any question about your compound, you can also email us Manager@panachecompoundingpharmacy.com

What compounds your pharmacy make?We compound a range of medications such as cosmetic preparations, pain management medications in various forms, Hormonal Replacement Therapy products, medications tailored for infants and children, veterinary medications, almost anything you can think of!

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
